About the ‘Any Other Questions’ section
This handy little feature allows you to ask and attach anything! Not sure where something goes? Attach it here and leave a note for your accountant. Not sure if you can claim an expense or where to include additional income? No worries. The ‘Any Other Questions’ section is the place where you can leave your worries and our accountants will sort them out for you! Though, we do draw the line at your tax – pics of your pooch are probably going a bit too far!
Here’s how the ‘Any Other Questions’ feature in your tax return came about:
Quite a few of you told us:
“I don’t know where this goes on my tax return.”
And a fair few of you asked:
“Should I claim this expense?”
“Is this the right document?”
“Am I allowed to claim a deduction for…?”

While you get on with what you would rather be doing, your accountant will read your message and make the necessary amendments to your tax return. This often means more tax deductions, so it’s always worth sharing any questions you’re not sure about.
We’ll get in touch with you if we need to clarify anything. Then, once the second review of your return is complete and we’re happy your return is complete, correct and gives you the best possible refund, we’ll lodge it with the ATO.
